A tradition starts with a place to put the story. This is that place.

Clamp it to a shelf you already own, or set it anywhere on its own — either way, it becomes the place of honor for the story you're reading together right now. More than just a bookshelf — it's a nightly summons back to the couch, the blanket, and the six small minutes that somehow became the best part of their childhood.

Solid oak and walnut joined the old way — no metal screws, no shortcuts, just wood fitted to wood the way furniture was built before anyone worried about a warranty.

Every Read-Aloud Bookshelf is handmade to outlast the childhood it holds and begin the tradition again when they have kids of their own.

Features:

• Stands on its own, or clamps to a shelf you already have — a hand-turned wooden screw and full-grain leather padding grip firmly at both contact points, with no metal hardware and no marks left behind. Set it on a desk, a mantel, a nightstand — wherever the story needs a place to rest.
• Designs are carved directly into the wood, not printed or lasered — cut deep, for a mark with real depth
• Books rest at a subtle angle to stay securely in place
• Long-grain joinery for dimensional stability and longevity
• Finished with Odie's Oil — 100% food-safe, non-toxic, and certified to EN 71-3 children's toy safety standards. Made in the USA.
