Because each Read-Aloud Bookshelf is handmade to order, we don't ask you to ship anything back. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or refund your purchase in full — your choice, no return shipping required.
If you're simply not happy with your piece:
Reach out and tell us what's wrong. We want you to love what you received, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Custom and personalized orders:
Because these are made specifically for you, custom engravings and personalized designs are final sale — but if there's a defect or error on our part, the same policy above applies.
